Kate is already an amazing artist. She only started to engage in this profession when she was in her 40s, and it has been 20 years now. This made me realize that it’s never too late to start something, but you have to take it seriously. She also made a lot of small objects to explore her style before making larger ones, so experimentation in making objects is very important, which helps me find my own style and interests.After looking at her notebook, I found that designing an item does require a lot of thinking. Maybe the fineness of the hand-drawing is not that important, but there must be an idea.
