Through this homework presentation, I found that my work lacked a certain soul, which is the most basic creative idea. I really like the works of Xinyu Li and Jinya Song. Xinyu’s work shows body marks, using two layers of glaze to show bite marks, and the red glaze on the bottom layer is revealed, which is very clever. Jinya combines musical instruments and housewares to show an optimistic attitude towards housework. My main direction is sustainable design. I think I should have more knowledge in this field before I can generate my own ideas.
